Huaqing Yin: A Deep Vow
Slender pale hands raise the cloud-zither; no end to the endearments. In the precious censer the heart-character coils; the red plum, breathed in, is thick with meaning.
The soft wind comes in flakes and wearies the flowered courtyard; the jade one, half vexed and half laughing, quick and light. Waiting until the fragrant dew is sipped away, the snow on the branch melts into clear weather.

Chen xiao: on the point of laughing, on the point of taking offense.
